Saw this checkpoint on 12/11/09 at about 9pm. Was at S.MIlitary Hwy. Right before Canal Drive/George washington hwy. They stopped everyone. and had ‘chaser’ cars set up. I was driving on the opposite side of the median so i do no know what they checked for. Chesapeake City Police.
