Road Block set up between Harrisville and Rt 812. Stopping only west bound traffic. Dogs, lights, Rude Border patrol/ State Police Agents. Apparently Trying to Control/monitor all southwest traffic. Coming from the border. Reason;Drugs/Cigarettes Smuggling,Immigration Road Block is moved between areas of control.
