Located at the end of Otranto road at the last intersection and was not clear it was a road block per NHTSB requirements. I turned around well ahead of checkpoint thinking it was an accident as was pulled over and issued a ticket for window tint. They also had patrols every around the neighborhood’s in the area. First time I’ve seen one at this location in 7 yrs
