This road block had a police (state trooper) at the top of the hill, as u turn onto the on ramp for Aycock St. This officer is looking for seat belt violators and is alerting the other officers to whether or not u have it on. The officers conducting the road block are from the city of High Point although the roadblock is being done in Greensboro NC.
