Located in a low place of the hwy. between two curves and at intersection of county road. Intermittant and random days of week. I have personally been stopped three times in the past two years and know several relatives and neighbors who have been as well. It has been active for six years i know of. Asked for license, registration, proof of insurance, and destination.
