The road block was located about 1000 ft from a local bar/diner right before the 1-11 onramp. They just stopped me, popped their head in the window, and put a flashlight in the car, and asked me where I was going. I’ve only seen it once in the two years I’ve lived by there. Approx. 11 pm. Other cars were stopped with people out, approx. 5 cop cars.
