Road block moves, usually set up on Saturdays sometimes Sundays usually afternoon/evenings until late night, main hwys, then black neighborhoods, if there is a sports game being played on Friday no roadblocks, too many white people going thru and they don’t want the complaints, once basketball and football are done then you see more roadblocks.
