Route 18/North Hermitage Road, Mercer County Route 8, Penn Township, Butler County Route 422 and Parkwood Road, Indiana County.
North Bound Route 28 before exit 11 (turnpike exit)
Both lanes were shut down obviously, They had six or more police vehicles at the scene and multiple people arrested.
