These PA State Troopers set up here and approximately two miles down the road in front of the Topton Fire Company. Location varies between the two spots, but has been more and more frequent in the last few months. I asked last night when I was stopped and they said its becoming more regular there. The trooper I dealt with was very nice. I only spoke to him and then one other trooper briefly.
