Saw this road block on Memorial Day Weekend 2009. Rarely see them block all 4 lanes of a highway like this. They had the bus/command center out there and the cops there included the Ramseur Police, Randolph county sheriff’s deputies, and NC Highway Patrol Troopers. Started at 10PM sharp.
