Cape Carteret, North Carolina Roadblocks

Second time I have seen this roadblock at this location, first in August, 2011, and again on 28 April 2012. I drove through at 11:30 pm. I was only asked to show my driver’s license. Looked like a couple of Cape Carteret Police and one NC State Trooper. Cruisers with lights posted on either side of the road. Hard to see the officers, they were wearing reflective vests and making confusing hand signals with their flashlights. However, not an intrusive stop.
