De Kalb, Mississippi Roadblocks

This illegal road block has occurred multiple times at this location. The real danger is when approximately 6000 people are in the process of either leaving Mississippi Power Plant Ratcliffe or coming to Mississippi Power Plant Ratcliffe 5935 HWY 493 De Kalb, MS.
