There have been 3 roadblocks in 2 years at the base of the Beverly / Salem Bridge on the Beverly side. The Massachusetts State Police and a couple local cops usually work this event. They stage up in the old McDonalds Parking lot. They seem to be having them 1 in the spring and 1 in the fall.
