I was stopped at this roadblock on New Year’s Eve. Several State Troopers and Several Local cops were present. They simply said they were stopping every 4th vehicle.

I haven’t been through this one but my friend called me about it. It was at 10:00 a.m.and they have moved them up and down 460 in about a mile area.
