Topeka, Kansas Roadblocks

Coming through i70 eastbound there’s signs that claim a drug check point ahead. No such check point exists and there are cops pulling people over who chose to “opt out of the checkpoint”. I don’t believe this is legal.

Late night Sunday. 1 officer on Eastbound lane with a dirt bike with lights on the east side of the bridge. Signs about a quarter mile ahead saying Drug Stop and we have dogs, etc. Mostly waiting for vehicles that try to exit or turn around.
