Villa Park, Illinois Roadblocks

Between Rte. 83 and Ardmore

On Friday June 6, 2008 a roadblock was set up in the Hobo parking lot (near/attached) to the White Castle. I was stopped around 1 am. All the cars were seemingly stopped. There were many, many police present and they had several "lanes" set up with about a dozen officers per lane. I was asked for license, registration, and proof of insurance. Then asked what I was doing, where I was going, and why I was out. I was then given a "field test" of following an officer’s finger while a flashlight was shone in my eyes. There were other officers surrounding the car shining lights into the car through the windows. They let me go, It was frightening.
