Southbound on route 59 3 blocks past jefferson in Shorewood,IL. In the nicor gas complex parking lot.Ive seen a roadblock at this location an every single holiday. On Route 59, just north of Jefferson AND on Jefferson just East of Route 59 — Two road blocks in same night. There are bars around this area and this is probably what they were targeting at close (2AM) as they capture most traffic heading out of these permises. What else would it be for? – 11/2006
