Police on On Ramps of Exit 46 getting on 91 North, but maybe south too, have been stopping cars saying its for safety, Alcoholism check. Its usually one cop with a little flashlight harassing people, they tend to do that in this town. So if your trying to get on the highway expect to be stopped and harassed because the police department is over staffed and out of money.
