Columbiana, Alabama Roadblocks

3/18/2015 Took place around dusk as the sun was setting. Three Columbiana PD officers in reflective vests standing in middle of intersection to intercept incoming vehicles from three directions. Lights on top of cars were on but no signs were out to indicate the reason for the stop. Could have been the scene of an accident or other “emergency” for all I could tell. Drivers were asked for DL and Insurance Card.
