Approximately 8 state patrol vehicles parked and stopping all traffic traveling eastbound on 211, just a few miles west of intersection of Frost Ave. and Broadview Ave. Patrol officers standing in the middle of two lanes of traffic and requesting to see drivers’ licenses.
