Road block on north bound side at around 7:35 pm on 11/25/2010

Encountered this roadblock setup on Hwy 67 approx. 1 mile north of Hwy 15 interchange at 12:25am. It was on northbound side.
Hwy 67 & Hwy 605 intersection
Went through in late Feb 2007. Have heard of other occurences at same locale. Seems to be on holidays.
