Summit, Illinois Roadblocks

On the evening of October 13th, several State of Illinois Police and Cook County Sheriff Police were direction people into a large parking lot near the Argo Cornstarch Factory. They were lining cars up and checking for Drivers’ License and Proof of Insurance compliance

They bring a 4 lane highway down to 1 lane each way, then flag cars at random into the Frito lay’s parking lot for a state and summit police gauntlet.
