Spotted Aug. 26th Friday 11:00 pm. Sobriety Checkpoint to traffic traveling eastbound on Rand Rd. Policeman will direct you through a series of cones to a parking lot to be checked. Buses and several check stations are there to expedite checks quicker. Be careful. Observed it passing by.
