The roadblock is usually just in front of the fairgrounds where the old DMV used to be. The police officers use the U-haul parking lot to pull people over. This location is more than likely used for its close proximity to the Celtic Pub. If you are coming from Chicot Street you may be able to avoid the roadblock by turning right onto the street the cemetery is on. If you are coming from Hospital Rd you may be able to avoid the roadblock by turning around in either the fair grounds parking lot or the Dialgo Dodge dealership parking lot. Drive safe.
