happens regularly on both hopper ridge road and on highway 58 in the northeast corner of grant county. I am told it is a safety check, and the driver is asked for drivers license. I am not told anything, but am asked to report anything, no matter how small, to grant county sheriff dispatch. This occurs at least three times weekly, from around 12:00 to 3:30 p.m. This feels wrong.
