Down in the dip pn the bridge they had several pulled over. I asked them if this was constitutional and the State Storm trooper goes its a priv to drive in NC and there was no signs nothing. Also no please nothing just told me to give him my lic then checked tags. Nc law he said is above our constitutional LAW!!! Rude police officers who I have seen breaking the law themselves by not wearing seatbelts. I guess its a police state!
