Cop actually physically STANDS in the road shoulder/slow lane pointing radar gun at cars. He appears suddenly as it is around a bend and down a hill. Rt 23 speed limit changes often from 40-55 MPH so pay attention to signs. Has been there every Saturday morning. Many others all along Rt. 23 N & S.
