The APD had one of those unconstitutional “safety checks” set up on RalphMcGill Blvd between Freedom Parkway and Boulevard on Sunday morning. Demanded driver’s license and registration and checked tags.

This is the second time in approximately a year that the APD had set up one at the same place on Sunday morning.
