Major road block setup that stops all vehicles exiting the casino heading towards town. Very bad for tourism as they are stopping everyone leaving the casino. I was highly offended and will probably never go back to ruidoso. I was offended that they did not stop any of the cars that were doing u-turns in the middle of the road.
