Friday 10/21/2011. About a zillion cops desended on the 4 way stop Hwy 11, Soc Cir, Fairplay Rd. Junction. Huge search lights erected on each corner. Cars were stopped and drivers asked to produce lic, registration, and proof of ins. One guy on a motor cycle turned around and all hell broke loose. Five squad cars with blue lights flashing blazed after him. Felt like I was in Russia.
