This rural intersecton is about 1/4 mile from my home. I went to feed my dog and Georgia State Patrol was stopping everyone. The length of stop was but 10-15 seconds. Still, I was under the impression they were required to announce a roadblock. I have checked local news and there are no escaped prisoners in the county etc.
